Job Description: **Job Title** IT & Automation Intern **Role Summary** Develop AI-powered automation solutions, including AI agents, workflow automations, and vector databases for AI applications. Collaborate with German development lead and integrate with enterprise tools. **Expectations** Enrolled in Computer Science or related field. First experience with Python, automation tools (n8n, Zapier), and APIs. Curiosity about LLMs/agents, willingness to learn prompting and safety. Basic knowledge of REST/HTTP, Git, JSON. Requires English; French/Arabic Darija beneficial. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain AI agents with task-oriented workflows and tool integration. - Design n8n/Zapier automations with webhooks, retries, error handling, and monitoring. - Implement vector database pipelines for ingestion, indexing, and retrieval (e.g., pgvector/Chroma/Weaviate). - Develop AI calling agents with call flow design, STT/TTS integration, and CRM updates. - Write Python utilities/services for orchestration, testing, and API integration. - Collaborate via Git, participate in code reviews, and document processes. **Required Skills** Python, n8n/Zapier automation, REST API/webhook integration, Git version control, JSON data handling, vector database management. Structured problem-solving and independent work approach. **Required Education & Certifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
