Job Description
Job Title: Event Project Manager Role Summary: Lead integrated event and digital marketing projects for clients with strong brand presence, driving end‑to‑end execution from concept through post‑event reporting. Manage relationships with clients, partners, influencers, and suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑impact deliverables. Expectations: - Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑channel campaigns. - Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and receptive to feedback. - Energy to work in a fast‑moving, youth‑centric agency environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and 100 % digital campaigns (e.g., influencer, street marketing, and promotion on campus). - Recruit and maintain a micro‑influencer network; execute and monitor 360° communication campaigns. - Negotiate, supervise, and follow up with external vendors and partners. - Conduct client briefings, meetings, and post‑project debriefs; prepare formal reports and analytics. - Identify and secure partnerships with student associations, campus events, and other relevant stakeholders year‑round. - Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; manage day‑to‑day operational tasks. Required Skills: - Project management with a track record in marketing or event agencies. - Familiarity with the student/association ecosystem. - Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and influencer campaign software. - Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English (French is a plus). - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field (Bac+4/5). - Preference for candidates with agency experience and knowledge of student‑centric markets.
