Job Description
**Job Title:** Data & Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and visualizing data across the group’s export and import operations to support strategic decision‑making, ensure data quality and compliance, and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely management reports and dashboards. - Maintain high data integrity, security, and compliance with data protection standards. - Provide clear, data‑driven insights that influence strategy and financial planning. - Support audit processes and external communications with reliable KPI data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentation templates. - Develop analytical models to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts for strategic use. - Consolidate sales and purchase data across all group companies; maintain statistical records. - Build and update a market knowledge database covering partners, competition, and industry trends. - Prepare data and documentation for year‑end audit of certified coffee sales. - Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. - Conduct ad‑hoc market analysis and provide short‑term consulting. - Generate financial KPI reports for communication with banks and other stakeholders. - Extract, clean, and process data from multiple sources, handling incomplete datasets. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel proficiency. - Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). - Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to translate complex data into clear, stakeholder‑focused narratives (“storytelling with data”). - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills. - Independent, structured, result‑oriented work style; strong team collaboration. - Familiarity with large‑scale data handling and evaluation. - Knowledge of data forecasting/modeling (preferred). - Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, M, or R (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. - Additional qualifications or certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or related areas are advantageous.
