**Job Title:** Lead NoCode Operations
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of NoCode solutions (Glide, Make, and AI tools) for multiple clients, coordinating project management, data architecture, automation, support, and financial control. Serve as the primary liaison with customers, steering project scoping, communication, and continuous improvement while ensuring timely, cost‑effective outcomes.
**Expactations:**
- 3–7 years of experience in technology, data, product, or operations consulting.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of challenging client requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain high‑performance business applications on Glide.
- Design, automate, and orchestrate processes using Make.
- Lead client projects from scoping to delivery and ongoing support.
- Manage client relationships: define objectives, maintain regular communication, provide recommendations, and drive adoption.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets; ensure financial discipline.
- Administer run‑time support and handle iterative enhancements.
- Structure data models and devise standardized workflows.
- Integrate AI components into existing processes.
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities by generating inbound leads through Kopilot.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Glide and Make platforms.
- Deep understanding of data modeling (schemas, relationships, consistency).
- Experience with APIs, JSON, and workflow automation.
- Ability to design scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Familiarity with applied AI solutions in NoCode contexts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English (French proficiency a plus).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Glide, Make, or NoCode development are advantageous but not mandatory.
