Job Description

Job Title: Senior Application Security Engineer Role Summary: Conduct security assessments for mobile, IoT, and AI systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls, tools, and protocols to ensure secure development, deployment, and maintenance of applications. Expectations: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of relevant work experience. Key Responsibilities: - Perform security assessments for Mobile Platforms (iOS/Android), AI Systems, IoT, and APIs. - Support security tooling automation (SAST, DAST, MAST, OSS). - Implement cryptographic protocols for authentication, authorization, and data protection. - Evaluate threats and recommend security controls for risk reduction. - Participate in architectural reviews to integrate application security. - Manage encryption and certificate protocols (SSL, RSA). Required Skills: - Mobile application security testing and remediation. - Secure SDLC practices, obfuscation, reverse engineering, tamper-resistant development. - OWASP Top 10 vulnerability expertise. - Threat modeling, exploit analysis, and attack surface understanding. - Secure deployment of IoT, mobile, and AI systems. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. Desired certifications (non-mandatory): CISSP, eMAPT, Python/C++/Ethical Hacker certifications.
