Job Title: Technology Delivery Lead – Clinical, Salesforce & AWS
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of clinical technology initiatives, managing onshore and offshore teams, stewarding client relationships, and ensuring high‑quality implementations of Salesforce and AWS solutions for clinical, safety, and grant management functions.
Expectations:
- Deliver projects on scope, schedule, budget, and contractual terms.
- Cultivate strong client relationships across R&D, regulatory, clinical, and quality domains.
- Identify and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities through demonstrated value.
- Champion continuous improvement, quality standards, and efficient delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary client liaison for clinical‑R&D engagements.
- Lead Salesforce implementation for clinical and safety modules; coordinate migration, integration, and customization.
- Architect and deliver AWS solutions for application modernization, data migration, cloud‑native development, and operations.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, integrating DevOps practices and security controls.
- Develop automated payment workflows and Clinical Trial Site payment migration to AWS SaaS.
- Serve as solution architect for Grant Management System and ClinOps data migration to AWS SaaS, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, designing cost‑efficient, scalable cloud architectures.
- Oversee quality, consistency, and efficiency across project lifecycles, driving best‑practice adoption.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years leading on‑shore client delivery and managing onshore/offshore teams.
- 5+ years hands‑on experience with Salesforce and AWS environments (architecture, deployment, migration).
- 3+ years Cloud Computing project leadership, with functional and technical depth in CRM engagements.
- Expertise in clinical trial processes, regulatory, safety, and quality domains.
- Strong design and problem‑solving skills for data migration, CI/CD, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering projects with quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (minimum 12 years work experience), or Associate’s degree with ≥6 years experience.
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator, and related DevOps or Cloud Security credentials.
