Job Description
**Job title:** Senior CRM Specialist **Role Summary:** Lead the development and execution of the Belgian CRM strategy, managing end‑to‑end customer lifecycle processes, database governance, and multi‑channel campaign delivery to drive personalized customer engagement and revenue growth. **Expectations:** - Design, implement and continuously improve a CRM program aligned with corporate and country objectives. - Deliver measurable results through segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, call centre, and external partners to maximize campaign impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and evolve the Belgian CRM strategy and operational plans based on data analysis and business trends. - Build, maintain and optimise customer databases, defining lifecycle stages and segmentation rules. - Plan, create and send email marketing campaigns (DEM, newsletters, automation), including responsive HTML/CSS template design. - Segment users by behavior, interests and lifecycle stage for personalized multi‑channel outreach (email, SMS, direct mail, call centre). - Coordinate with call centre specialists and external vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Monitor KPIs, produce analytical reports, and provide insights on customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance. - Forecast business impact of CRM initiatives, adjusting strategies and budget allocation to maximise ROI. - Manage the CRM budget, ensuring efficient resource use and continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or customer experience management. - Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Power BI, Excel and data‑driven decision making. - Deep understanding of CRM best practices, segmentation, and personalization techniques. - Expertise in email marketing tools, HTML/CSS, and responsive design or drag‑and‑drop editors. - Ability to collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional ethics. - Fluency in Dutch, French and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
