Job Description
**Job title:** Account Manager (Recruitment Tech) **Role Summary:** Manage a portfolio of clients for a recruitment ATS, overseeing onboarding, implementation, ongoing support, and upsell opportunities to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end client lifecycle management in a SaaS environment. - Maintain strong, trustful relationships with both technical and business stakeholders. - Operate remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary client contact, understanding needs and ensuring continued alignment. - Lead client onboarding and implementation: gather requirements, test features, coordinate go‑live support. - Resolve technical/functional inquiries via coordination with product, dev, and support teams. - Conduct regular sprint reviews with clients and development squad to prioritize work and track progress. - Oversee user acceptance testing to validate solutions against agreed specifications. - Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities; promote add‑ons and new features. - Drive contract renewals and maintain renewal pipelines. - Update client records, meeting notes, and CRM data consistently. - Collaborate with third‑party providers (job boards, design agencies, HR systems) as needed. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as Account Manager, Customer Success or Implementation Specialist in SaaS/ATS. - Deep understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows. - Mastery of project and contract management, including end‑to‑end implementation and testing. - Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities across multiple accounts. - Familiarity with agile methodology, sprint planning, and prioritisation. - Proficiency in CRM and project tools: Salesforce, Jira, ChurnZero, Slack, etc. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Business, IT, HR, or related field). - No mandatory certification, but experience with SaaS/ATS platforms is essential.
