Chief of Staff / Business & Operations Assistant
**Role Summary**
Support the CEO in managing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating cross‑functional projects, and driving growth initiatives. Act as the right‑hand partner, facilitating strategic meetings, streamlining internal processes, and contributing to fundraising, commercial development, and financial oversight.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the CEO with daily priorities, project coordination, and KPI tracking.
- Prepare and moderate board meetings, strategy sessions, and steering committees.
- Design and implement reporting tools, dashboards, and process improvements (sales, operations, admin).
- Support fundraising efforts: build financial dashboards, craft pitch decks, and maintain investor relations.
- Advise on commercial and marketing strategy: market analysis, benchmarking, prospect pipeline, and franchise model development.
- Manage financial administration: budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, cost control, liaising with the accounting partner.
- Lead selected growth projects, acting as the CEO’s deputy.
- Promote a culture of agility, teamwork, and continuous learning.
