Job Title: Digital Communications Manager
Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end digital strategy for a luxury hospitality group, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty across SEO, social, paid media, and CRM channels.
Expactations: Increase online visibility and bookings, manage digital budgets, deliver measurable KPIs, and sustain a positive brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize website SEO to boost organic traffic and visibility.
- Develop & execute social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) with community management, content creation, and influencer collaborations.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to maximize reservation conversions.
- Design and segment CRM programs: newsletters, automated flows, SMS, and targeted offers.
- Coordinate internal marketing assets (menu updates, event campaigns, in‑house collateral).
- Monitor and report digital performance (CAC, engagement, reservations) using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards; adjust tactics accordingly.
- Manage budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and conduct competitive and trend analysis.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years in digital communications (agency or in‑house) within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency with major social platforms, paid media (SEA & Social Ads), email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills, adept with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; international experience in US/EMEA regions desirable.
- Collaborative, data‑driven mindset with a passion for the culinary and hospitality industry.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent digital marketing credentials are a plus.
