**Job Title:**
Mulesoft Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x). Create RESTful and SOAP APIs, orchestrate Mule flows across cloud and on‑premises systems, and ensure security, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and clients to translate business requirements into technical designs and support ongoing operations.
**Expectations:**
* 6‑month fixed‑term contract, eligible for SC clearance.
* 3–5 years experience in MuleSoft development.
* Minimum MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1.
* > 80 % MUnit test coverage; active CI/CD participation.
* 20–30 % of time allocated to business‑as‑usual (BAU) incident handling, hotfixes, and root‑cause analysis within SLA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, build, and deploy RESTful and SOAP APIs following API‑led connectivity (System, Process, Experience layers).
* Create Mule flows integrating cloud and on‑premises applications, databases, and third‑party systems.
* Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and security best practices.
* Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and produce technical specifications.
* Configure and manage MuleSoft runtimes (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, on‑premises).
* Maintain API documentation and publish assets to Anypoint Exchange.
* Deploy APIs and integrations via C4E‑managed CI/CD pipelines.
* Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide BAU support: incident resolution, hotfixes, RCA within SLA.
* Participate in sprint ceremonies and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
**Required Skills:**
* MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, Design Center, Runtime Manager).
* Mule 4.x development, REST and SOAP services, RAML/OAS specifications.
* DataWeave for data transformation and manipulation.
* Integration design patterns, API‑led connectivity principles.
* Security protocols: OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS.
* Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL/NoSQL), enterprise apps (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
* CI/CD pipeline contribution (C4E‑managed).
* Unit testing with MUnit (≥ 80 % coverage).
* Agentic solutions: multi‑agent orchestration, A2A/MCP‑enabled agents.
* Strong written and verbal communication; effective cross‑functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (minimum).
* Relevant technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) preferred.
