**Job Title** Corporate Strategy Manager **Role Summary** Serve as the chief analytic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving growth and operational efficiency through rigorous financial modeling, data‑driven strategy, and cross‑functional execution. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑impact, high‑visibility strategic insights that directly influence executive decision‑making. - Build and maintain dynamic, multi‑tab operating models that link top‑line objectives to financial outcomes. - Partner with marketing, supply chain, product, and finance leaders to ensure analytical rigor across initiatives. - Communicate findings to board, investors, and senior leadership with clear, concise recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Strategic Planning & Financial Modeling** – Create sophisticated LBO and operational models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis, and forecast financial results. 2. **Business Intelligence & Performance Analysis** – Analyze channel, product, and customer performance; identify risks and opportunities through quantitative frameworks. 3. **Cross‑Functional Partnership** – Translate business questions into quantitative models and collaborate with functional leaders on priorities. 4. **Executive Communication** – Prepare board and investor materials, executive decks, and deliver compelling, data‑backed recommendations. 5. **Strategic Projects** – Lead high‑priority initiatives (channel expansion, product strategy, operational efficiency, M&A evaluation). 6. **Ad Hoc Analysis & Problem Solving** – Respond rapidly to urgent questions with rigorous modeling and sound business judgment. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years of M&A or private equity experience at a bulge‑bracket or elite boutique firm. - Mastery of complex financial modeling: LBOs, driver‑based operating models, integrated statements, extensive sensitivity analysis. - Advanced Excel proficiency (data tables, scenario modeling, complex architecture). - Strong analytical rigor and quantitative aptitude. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex analysis into actionable insights. - Collaborative, stakeholder‑management mindset with proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams. - Self‑starter with strong judgment and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field. - MBA or advanced finance certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
