Maintain brand consistency and stay updated on product developments to support clients and teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and grow a high-value client portfolio. - Develop tailored product offerings and service packages. - Liaise with senior-level clients to resolve issues, meet goals, and ensure satisfaction. - Identify new business opportunities and expand client base. - Analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and client experience. - Report on sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align with business strategy. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). - Strong sales performance metrics analysis capabilities. - Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and multitasking agility. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (equivalent to Bac+5). - Proven experience (5+ years) in senior account management or B2B sales roles. - Familiarity with cybersecurity services preferred.
