Job Description: Job title: AI Developer Role Summary: Develop, refine, and deploy AI modules that automate ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for a SaaS platform. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build data pipelines, intelligent assistance tools, and ensure high‑quality outputs with minimal hallucinations. Expectations: - Deliver AI solutions on schedule. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, tech, and compliance teams. - Continuously experiment, evaluate, and refine models. - Maintain data integrity and model reliability. - Communicate technical progress clearly to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design and improve AI modules (LLM, NLP, classification, extraction, scoring). - Build end‑to‑end data processing pipelines for documents, financial, and ESG data. - Develop analytical models and intelligent assistance (reporting aid, audit support, recommendations). - Experiment with prompting, fine‑tuning, embeddings, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation. - Optimize model performance, quality of outputs, and reduce hallucinations. - Author scripts, APIs, documentation, and contribute to technical architecture. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python or R. - Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks. - Strong understanding of ESG/CSRD/RSE principles and their software application. - Knowledge of data pipeline engineering and ETL processes. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑driven startup environment. - Analytical mindset and creative problem‑solving skills.
