Job title: Market Access Manager Role Summary: Lead market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy for a biopharmaceutical portfolio in Belgium, ensuring optimal conditions and alignment with global plans. Expectations: • Minimum 3 years of operational MA & Pricing experience in a life‑science company. • High proficiency in Dutch and English (French an asset). • Proven track record with specialty products, HTA submissions, and pricing techniques. • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, build, and submit pricing & reimbursement dossiers per affiliate strategy. - Monitor and close follow‑up on pricing/reimbursement processes, addressing payer queries. - Collaborate with external contractors (HEOR, cost‑effectiveness, budget impact). - Co‑develop local and global market access plans; create value propositions supported by health economics data. - Implement and track local pricing/MA strategy consistent with global GMAP. - Identify and execute smart contracting solutions with hospitals and buyers. - Develop national payer convention pricing strategies; assess risks and opportunities. - Support public relations and government affairs initiatives; engage local and global stakeholders.
