**Job title**
IT Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Spearheads, coordinates, and delivers enterprise‑level IT infrastructure projects across Microsoft, Azure, and hybrid environments. Oversees project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring technical feasibility, compliance, and successful stakeholder delivery.
**Expectations**
- Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives (Cyber Security, Cloud, Lifecycle Management, On‑premise to Azure migrations).
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality metrics.
- Ensure alignment with governance, ITIL, security standards and provide regular stakeholder and PMO reporting.
- Champion continuous improvement of delivery practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (architecture, cloud, security, operations, vendors).
- Oversee migration of on‑premise solutions to Azure services, containers, M365, and modern cloud environments.
- Manage vendor relationships and tools, including Microfocus Lifecycle Management, Microsoft partners, and integrators.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain service continuity during transitions.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics; deliver performance reports.
- Contribute to process optimization and best‑practice implementation.
**Required Skills**
- Strong project management methodology knowledge: Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall.
- Proficient in Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, SQL, AD, M365).
- Deep Azure Cloud expertise (IaaS, PaaS, networking, governance, containers).
- Experience with Lifecycle Management and Microfocus LCM.
- Familiarity with ITIL incident, change, problem processes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and influencing capabilities.
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, self‑directed work style.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional project management certification preferred (PMP, Prince2, PRINCE2 Agile, or equivalent).
- Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-303, AZ-304) and Microsoft technology certifications desirable.
- Microfocus LCM certification or equivalent experience is a strong advantage.
