Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage technical project scope, objectives and deliverables. - Plan, organise, and coordinate project activities with cross‑functional teams. - Monitor and control progress, risks, budget, and resource allocation. - Deploy technical solutions and lead user transition activities. - Ensure compliance with SI governance, architecture, and quality standards. Job title: Health and Safety Advisor (F/M) Role Summary: Provide expert guidance on occupational health and safety for municipal employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of prevention across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with management, medical staff, and external agencies to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation strategies. Expactations: - Maintain current knowledge of national and EU health‑safety regulations. - Achieve measurable reductions in workplace incidents and near‑misses through proactive risk management. - Deliver training and communication initiatives that increase employee safety awareness. - Produce accurate health‑safety documentation, reports, and statistical analyses in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Update the unique document of occupational risk assessment. - Support departments in implementing prevention measures and monitoring progress. - Create technical sheets, guides, procedures, and conduct information, sensitization, and training sessions on health and safety. - Serve as a consultant on projects involving facility design, construction, equipment procurement, and material acquisition. - Analyze causes of service accidents and propose corrective actions. - Partner closely with internal prevention network, occupational physicians, health‑safety inspectorates, department heads, and executives. - Prepare and follow up F3SCT records; liaise with the administrative prevention manager. - Monitor inspection visits by regulatory bodies (e.g., ACFI). - Contribute to developing the multi‑annual prevention program in coordination with the unit manager. - Compile reports, evaluations, and safety statistics. - Ensure administration of regulatory safety documents. - Act as the reference point for reporting violence, harassment, discrimination, and sexist conduct. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. - Knowledge of risk assessment tools and safety planning. - Ability to develop training materials and conduct workshops. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting. - Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. - Understanding of municipal organizational structures.
