Job title: Technical Implementation Specialist (FTC) Role Summary Support and drive the successful deployment of Circit’s SaaS product, focusing on Confirmation Request templates. Bridge customer requirements to product features, ensuring high-quality releases and efficient operational processes. Expectations - Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a foundation in accounting/finance or technology. - Quick learner capable of adapting to a fast‑growing SaaS environment. - Strong collaborator with clear communication skills across teams. Key Responsibilities - Own end‑to‑end implementation and support of Confirmation Request templates. - Gather and interpret customer needs, configuring the product to meet specifications. - Resolve product‑related issues, prioritize tickets, and manage communication and escalation. - Translate business goals into detailed feature specifications and documentation. - Participate in QA testing, ensuring quality before releases. - Identify process improvements and lead automation initiatives. - Maintain operational processes within the business, driving efficiency.
