Key Responsibilities: - Manage personal and team safety on site. - Prepare site layout and equipment based on team briefings. - Survey and install linear elements (curbs, water grates, etc.). - Install and connect drainage systems (concrete or PVC). - Erect prefabricated retaining walls. - Apply surface treatments (paving, asphalt) and perform minor masonry. - Level road equipment and perform profiling tasks. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an infrastructure field technician. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous). - Strong teamwork, courage, dynamism, and methodological rigor. - Proactive, initiative‑driven, flexible, and adaptable to change. - Excellent safety awareness and equipment handling. Expactations: Deliver projects on schedule, maintain strict safety and quality standards, effectively coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors, and provide accurate progress reporting. Key Responsibilities • Interpret construction plans and specifications. • Assign tasks, supervise technicians and subcontractors. • Establish site safety, order and inspect materials, and ensure equipment compliance. • Conduct daily briefings, safety briefings, and performance feedback. • Monitor work quality and adherence to standards. • Attend and support site meetings with the site manager. • Maintain site order, cleanliness, and secure access. Required Skills • Leadership and team management. • Knowledge of civil engineering construction processes. • Strong safety compliance focus. • Ability to read and analyze technical drawings. • Proactive planning and multitasking ability. • Clear communication and briefing skills.
