Key Responsibilities • Interpret construction plans and specifications. • Assign tasks, supervise technicians and subcontractors. • Establish site safety, order and inspect materials, and ensure equipment compliance. • Conduct daily briefings, safety briefings, and performance feedback. • Monitor work quality and adherence to standards. • Attend and support site meetings with the site manager. • Maintain site order, cleanliness, and secure access.
