Job Description

Job title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end development of scalable web applications, forging the product’s technical architecture, and driving continuous delivery. Own feature ownership from concept through launch while collaborating across design, product, and engineering teams. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality, secure, and performant code on schedule; champion architecture decisions; independently manage feature lifecycle; provide reliable estimates; maintain consistent coding standards and documentation; actively contribute to CI/CD and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js. - Architect and build secure, high‑performance RESTful APIs. - Own feature development end‑to‑end: planning, implementation, testing, deployment. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Integrate and manage cloud‑based services, primarily AWS. - Identify and implement performance and security improvements. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, refactoring, and engineering best practices. - Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies for adoption. Required Skills: - Strong experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and JavaScript. - Solid backend development fundamentals and API design expertise. - Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). - Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices. - Problem‑solving mindset, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in an agile environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
