Job Description
**Job Title:** Campus Administrator **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Campus Director, ensuring efficient operation of the campus office, effective communication with stakeholders, and accurate management of budgets, diaries, and information systems. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality secretarial service for confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, students, staff, parents, and external partners. - Manage the Campus Director’s diary, arranging meetings and conferences. - Coordinate data reporting and updates with Information Services. - Liaise with Finance to monitor budgets, process orders and invoices, and support purchasing procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Prepare and proofread letters, emails, reports, presentations, and minutes. 2. Receive visitors and provide a professional reception environment. 3. Organise the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel. 4. Verify and correct student data for retention and attainment, supplying timely updates to Information Services. 5. Collaborate with Finance on budget tracking, requisitions, order processing, and payments. 6. Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement processes. 7. Support campus events and open evenings as required. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). - Confidentiality and professional demeanor. - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Level 3 qualification in Administrative or Business Studies (or equivalent). - Prior experience in a dynamic administrative/secretarial role. - Willingness to undertake relevant professional development.
