**Job Title** Product Designer (UI/UX) **Role Summary** Design and deliver intuitive, high‑impact interfaces for SaaS products. Collaborate with founders and engineering to create user journeys, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and maintain consistent design systems across multiple products. **Expectations** - Produce clean, scalable designs that blend aesthetics, usability, and functionality. - Rapidly iterate based on feedback and user research. - Adapt design principles to diverse brand identities and product verticals. - Communicate design intent effectively to development teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define user journeys, flows, and design requirements with founders and devs. 2. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma. 3. Apply UI fundamentals—layout, typography, color, spacing—to build modern interfaces. 4. Conduct iterative design reviews, integrating feedback quickly. 5. Develop and maintain component libraries for consistent cross‑platform implementation. 6. Produce visuals and live prototypes using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Webflow. 7. Facilitate user testing, synthesize insights, and implement actionable improvements. 8.
