Job Description: **Job Title** Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead and deliver multiple SaaS implementation projects for higher‑education customers across the UK and international markets. Plan, monitor, and close projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, budget adherence, and continuous improvement of the onboarding process. **Expectations** - Execute projects within defined scope, time, and cost constraints. - Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers to demonstrate value and drive retention. - Identify and resolve implementation blockers and recommend enhancements for future deployments. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and develop comprehensive project plans for each customer. - Manage project execution, including risk assessment, change control, and milestone tracking. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple offices to ensure alignment. - Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders. - Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years of progressive project management experience in an agile, fast‑moving environment. - Deep understanding of SaaS product implementation and related technical aspects. - Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent onboarding projects of varying complexity. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and detail‑orientation. - Collaborative, empathetic, self‑motivated attitude with a “can‑do” mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
