**Job Title**: AI Content Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, production, and AI‑powered optimization of video and visual content for social platforms. Integrate emerging AI tools into workflows, supervise creative teams, and drive data‑driven performance improvements while maintaining brand consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, test, and scale new content formats using AI‑assisted ideation.
- Establish editorial, visual, and AI‑workflow guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Manage production pipelines: coordinate shoots, editing, subtitling, and post‑production.
- Lead high‑impact video editing and supervise junior editors, freelancers, and AI tools.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools for scriptwriting, video generation, image enhancement, and automation.
- Monitor KPIs, extract AI insights, and recommend iterative improvements across platforms.
- Facilitate feedback loops between data, AI insights, creative experiments, and audience signals.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years in content strategy, production, or creative leadership.
- Strong video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
- Proficient with AI content tools (e.g., KlingsAI, Runway, Pika Labs).
- Excellent visual & editorial storytelling, dynamic pacing.
- Demonstrated ability to create and scale social‑media video content.
- Expertise in AI‑assisted workflows, automation, and project management.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and collaborative in fast‑paced environments.
- Bilingual French and English; comfortable presenting to bilingual stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Film, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
