Job Description: **Job title:** Field/Application Robotic Engineer **Role Summary:** Deploy and manage AI‑powered robotic arms on production lines and warehouses. Lead end‑to‑end implementation, support, and optimization of robotic solutions in client sites, while collaborating closely with sales, tech, and project teams. **Expections:** - Own full deployment lifecycle – pre‑sales engineering, installation, fine‑tuning, and performance monitoring. - Ensure safety, material handling, and system reliability. - Manage global client projects and key accounts. - Contribute to AI model development with the tech team. - Actively participate in the sales process, frequently interacting with senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Structure and execute deployment processes, including safety protocols and material handling workflows. - Install and calibrate robots at client locations; perform local fine‑tuning to meet performance targets. - Monitor robot performance; collect data, analyze trends, and recommend improvements in partnership with the technical team. - Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project milestones and deliverables. - Support pre‑sales and sales activities: technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and pricing discussions. - Lead and coordinate global projects with key accounts; manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. - Participate in the development of AI models used in robotic control and optimization. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience deploying industrial robotic arms and cobots. - Strong project management abilities and concise reporting skills. - Fundamental software development knowledge (e.g., scripting, version control). - Deep curiosity and proactive enthusiasm for AI and robotics. - Autonomous, organized, and initiative‑driven mindset. - Proficient in English (mandatory); French or German a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications in robotics deployment, industrial automation, or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ROS certification) preferred.
