**Job Title**: HubSpot CRM Specialist
**Role Summary**:
Administers and optimizes HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to support sales, marketing, and leadership functions. Drives data integrity, automation, reporting, and integration while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality CRM data and processes.
- Increase usability and adoption of HubSpot across teams.
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards and metrics.
- Maintain compliance with relevant email‑marketing regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain contacts, companies, pipelines, workflows, lists, and custom properties in HubSpot.
- Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and process enforcement.
- Build, test, and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, lifecycle management, and customer communication.
- Implement lead scoring, routing, and campaign tracking in partnership with marketing and sales.
- Integrate HubSpot with external tools (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Google Ads, reporting platforms).
- Design and maintain real‑time dashboards and performance reports (lead generation, funnel conversion, ROI, CAC).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing and sales performance.
- Manage marketing assets, templates, and workflows within HubSpot.
- Ensure compliance with CASL, GDPR, and other relevant data‑privacy laws.
**Required Skills**:
- 2–4+ years managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (Pro or Enterprise preferred).
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, and reporting.
- Experience with data management, integrations, and marketing analytics.
- Proficient in Excel or Sheets; comfortable interpreting data and metrics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Hub, Reporting, Operations Hub) are preferred.
