Job Description
Job Title: Intern Marketing Specialist, EMEA (6 months) Role Summary: Supported the EMEA Marketing Team across content marketing, competitive intelligence, digital campaigns, sales enablement, and event coordination. Assisted in creating, reviewing, and updating marketing assets, maintaining databases, and facilitating marketing workflows. Expectations: - Detail‑oriented, process‑focused with strong organizational skills. - Clear communicator, proactive collaborator, and flexible team player in a fast‑paced setting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct competitive intelligence; produce and disseminate Competitive iPDF. - Create or coordinate marketing assets (brochures, PowerPoint, interactive PDFs) with internal stakeholders; update collateral to reflect new branding. - Maintain and organize the marketing library (Storefront, Seismic). - Coordinate copy‑review workflow using Workfront and Seismic; manage brochure‑to‑QR code conversion. - Perform database cleaning and updates; build email templates and landing pages in HubSpot. - Support execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns. - Assist with sales enablement projects, including gamification initiatives. - Design standardized templates for invitations and promotional materials; support event logistics and communication. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, concise content. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Seismic, Workfront). - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - English fluency; additional languages a plus.
