With a career spanning 50 years, Manolo Blahnik is one of the world’s most influential footwear designers. His shoes have spellbound an international set of adoring and loyal devotees across the globe. Mr Blahnik is a craftsman. We are distributed in 303 doors globally with points of sale in 31 countries, we have 21 standalone boutiques and our own global ecommerce platform. In 2019 we acquired our own atelier and production facility, located in Vigevano, Pavia, Italy. In 2021 we celebrated our 50th Anniversary with the launch of The Manolo Blahnik Archives: ‘A New Way of Walking’; an interactive virtual exhibition exploring the breadth of our archives. Job Description

Job title: Legal Counsel Role Summary: Provide legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to a global luxury brand, supporting all business divisions. Act as a commercial and strategic advisor, managing workload, meeting deadlines, and delivering high‑quality legal support across multiple jurisdictions. Expectations: Demonstrate proactive management of cases, accurate execution of legal tasks, clear communication of advice to non‑legal stakeholders, and consistent delivery of results within timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regulatory and data protection horizon scanning; draft and advise on policies for multiple jurisdictions. - Review, revise, and enforce internal control policies and procedures. - Draft and negotiate agreements for communications, marketing, events, suppliers, licences, photography, properties, real estate, wholesale, and digital services. - Maintain and update contract templates for distribution, consumer rights, and competition matters. - Support transactions and litigation, manage workflows, prepare contract summaries and filings. - Collaborate with the legal team on precedent development and general administration. - Perform additional legal tasks as requested. Required Skills: - Qualified solicitor (UK), 0–2 years post‑qualification experience. - Strong regulatory and data protection knowledge preferred. - Analytical, detail‑oriented, and accurate. - Commercial, pragmatic problem‑solving and solution‑focused. - Prioritisation and deadline‑driven execution. - Ability to translate legal advice to non‑lawyers. Required Education & Certifications: - Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or right to practice there.
