About the Company

We have worked all over the 5 continents for many different clients like SMEs, collectivities, institutional organisations (United Nations) or multinationals such as IKEA, L’Oreal, Peugeot, Interface for example. Circulab was first a methodology, based on biomimicry and design thinking. We work with our clients to get back to the basic needs of their users to improve their products and their systemic impacts that will improve the resilience and regeneration of the ecosystems. In 2015, Circulab became a community of experts in various fields (marketing, engineering, biomimicry, CSR, energy to name a few). Now, we count more than 60 Designers, Engineers, Marketers to make the change happen as fast as we can. The Circulab was translated in 7 languages and is available in more than 20 countries. We have also been teaching in top universities (Sciences Po Paris, HEC, Polytechnique, ENSCI in France for example).

Job Description
**Job title:** Circular Economy Project Manager Intern **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end project support for clients and internal initiatives in the circular economy, while gaining experience in strategy, design thinking, no‑code tools, and stakeholder engagement. **Expectations:** - Acquire a deep understanding of circular economy principles and best practices. - Actively contribute to all project phases: research, planning, execution, and reporting. - Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, adaptability, and strong communication skills in a fast‑moving, multidisciplinary setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with clients to prepare and document interviews, steering‑committee meetings, and project progress reports. - Maintain project dashboards, scheduling, and deliverable tracking. - Draft client deliverables (strategies, roadmaps, action plans). - Conduct prospective analysis of circular economy trends, disruptive innovations, and resilience practices for internal knowledge base. - Support internal agency projects, marketing campaigns, and operational tools. - Design and run email marketing campaigns and assist in deploying digital solutions. - Prepare and facilitate workshops and events organised by the Academy and community initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Fluency in English (C1 written and spoken). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Curiosity, open‑mindedness, and a proactive attitude. - Familiarity with digital tools and no‑code platforms (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Zapier). - Basic project‑management skills: planning, deadline tracking, stakeholder coordination. - Passion for sustainability, circular economy, and societal transformation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrolment in or recent graduate of a degree program in strategy, design, project management, industrial design, or a related field. - Open to other disciplines with demonstrated interest and relevant coursework. **Certifications:** - None required.
