Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Training Manager (12‑Month FTC) Role Summary: Lead the commercial strategy for TWI’s Training & Skills business, driving revenue growth, pipeline development, client relationships, and customer experience across classroom, blended, online, and bespoke learning solutions. Expectations: - Achieve annual revenue targets and key commercial KPIs. - Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. - Secure and grow strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Promote and expand the TWI Learning Hub and digital learning products. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive revenue and KPI attainment for the Training & Skills portfolio. 2. Develop and manage a full sales pipeline; produce accurate forecasts and P&L reports. 3. Identify, secure, and grow strategic client and partner relationships. 4. Promote and commercialise the Learning Hub, digital products, and blended solutions. 5. Lead and coach commercial and customer‑service teams; foster a customer‑first culture. 6. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform product development, pricing, and positioning. 7. Produce regular commercial performance reports for senior leadership. 8. Hold budget ownership and ensure cost‑effective delivery. 9. Ensure an exceptional learner journey from enquiry to post‑course support. 10. Travel within the UK and abroad as required. Required Skills: - Proven sales/business development experience in training, learning solutions, or professional development services. - Strong commercial acumen, financial forecasting, and pipeline management. - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into action. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. - Leadership, coaching, and team‑development experience. - Operational management focused on efficiency and customer experience. - Data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset. - Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - BPSS security check required.
