Job Description
Job Title: IT Manager, Salesforce Role Summary Drive the strategy, adoption, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Salesforce platform. Lead cross‑functional teams to align Salesforce usage with business goals, enhance pipeline visibility, deliver accurate reporting, and integrate the CRM with marketing automation, e‑commerce, ERP, data warehouses, and external data providers. Champion AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce to support forecasting, lead scoring, and a unified Customer 360 view. Expectations - Lead organization‑wide adoption initiatives and ongoing training. - Develop and maintain a roadmap for new features and AI tools (Einstein, Copilot). - Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all Salesforce integrations. - Deliver executive‑level dashboards and operational insights to drive revenue performance. Key Responsibilities - Partner with sales, marketing, and service leaders to translate business requirements into Salesforce enhancements. - Design, build, and share dashboards, reports, and analytics that inform forecasting, quota attainment, and performance management. - Manage integrations with HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ERP systems, e‑commerce platforms, and data warehouses. - Lead initiatives to embed AI/ML for predictive analytics, next‑best‑action, and customer insights. - Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies within Salesforce. - Supervise Salesforce administrators and collaborate with developers, architects, and IT teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements. - Evaluate, select, and implement third‑party applications to extend platform functionality and improve productivity. Required Skills - Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration in a large enterprise. - Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting expertise. - Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce AI tools (Einstein, Copilot, Einstein Analytics). - Proven ability to manage integrations with marketing automation, data enrichment providers, ERP, e‑commerce, and data warehouses. - Deep understanding of Customer 360 concepts and data integration best practices. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 7+ years of CRM experience with 5+ years managing Salesforce in large enterprise settings. - Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CRM Manager credentials strongly preferred.
