Job Description
Job title: Solutions Engineer Role Summary: AdTech and media platform expert responsible for client onboarding to the ARMIS SaaS console, developing Python‑based integration tools, and providing technical pre‑sales support. Oversees project delivery, coordination with engineering, and continuous product improvement. Expactations: Deliver measurable results, manage simultaneous client integrations, maintain high quality standards, communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, and evolve in a technical environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct pre‑sales technical workshops with Key Account Managers. - Gather client technical requirements through workshops and documentation. - Design, script, and deploy Python solutions (API connectors, ETL flows, store streams). - Coordinate integration tasks across client, engineering, and operations teams. - Resolve technical issues during implementation and operation of ad campaigns. - Lead major product improvement projects as a project manager, defining scope, schedule, and deliverables. - Automate internal processes in collaboration with support teams. - Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and maintain project documentation. Required Skills: - 2–3 years of client‑facing service or project management experience. - Proficient in Python (scripts, API integration, data handling). - Knowledge of SQL is a plus. - Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in digital marketing and AdTech platforms. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field. - Certifications in Python or data integration tools are advantageous.
