**Job Title:** Specialist, Order Management **Role Summary** Oversee end-to-end order delivery processes to ensure accurate and timely customer order fulfillment, optimize supply chain efficiency, and align delivery outcomes with customer expectations and company goals. **Expectations** Apply strategic thinking and advanced organizational skills to manage complex supply chain initiatives, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. Maintain on-time delivery standards while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage order processing, demand release, and supply chain execution within the assigned region. - Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and logistics teams to develop delivery plans. - Monitor and improve backlog management practices to meet delivery timelines. - Identify and resolve risks impacting supply chain performance. - Align delivery commitments with customer requirements and contractual obligations (e.g., 12-month Life Cycle Services plans). - Ensure adherence to Metso’s processes, policies, and guidelines. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications. - Strategic and analytical problem-solving capabilities. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities. - Advanced written/verbal English proficiency; Spanish/French skills preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in order management, supply chain operations, or production planning. - No specific certifications required.
