**Job title:** Category Insights & Business Analytics Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the design, execution, and analysis of market research and sell‑out analytics to inform U.S. category strategy, portfolio growth, and commercial decisions. Own dashboard development, consumer and shopper insights processes, and cross‑functional communication to translate data into actionable business recommendations. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely, accurate insights that drive category & portfolio strategy. - Maintain close alignment with Marketing, Brand, Commercial Strategy, and HQ teams. - Foster insight‑driven decision making across global matrixed environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute market research projects (consumer, shopper, ad‑hoc) with clear objectives and methodology. - Manage syndicated research databases (Nielsen, Circana, etc.) ensuring data integrity. - Develop, maintain, and update sell‑out dashboards for internal stakeholders. - Identify performance drivers, trends, opportunities, and risks in Retail and e‑Retail channels. - Define peer‑set, monitor competitor performance, and inform strategic decisions. - Track consumer & category trends to shape long‑term Category Vision. - Facilitate insights discussions in business reviews and craft compelling narrative stories. - Translate insights into commercial strategies and execution plans in partnership with cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical skills with experience in sell‑out analytics and category dynamics. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling. - Ability to manipulate syndicated data (Nielsen, Numerator, IRI, Amazon marketshare). - Project management and agency coordination experience. - Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present complex insights simply. - Comfortable working in an international, matrixed organization. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. - 5–7 years of experience in Strategy & Insights, Category Management, or similar roles. - Experience with trade marketing or commercial strategy is a plus. - Coffee‑industry experience and certification (e.g., barista) are additional advantages.

**Job Title:** Junior Accountant **Role Summary:** Assist the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end and year‑end close, reconciling led letter and sub‑ledger accounts, and facilitating internal and external audits.
