Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Designer **Role Summary:** Seasoned designer leading concept development and execution of high‑quality visual solutions across brand, print, digital, and UX projects. Works collaboratively with creative directors, copywriters, production, and development teams to deliver client‑facing work on time and to exacting standards. Mentors junior designers and contributes to the overall creative direction. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 + years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio spanning digital, brand, print, and web. - Ability to lead multiple briefs simultaneously, maintain workflow efficiency, and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and client stakeholder engagement. - Proactive teamwork and mentorship mindset. - Availability for hybrid attendance (few days per week onsite). **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead creative development from research and concept ideation through design refinement and final delivery. - Present concepts and design solutions to clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, UX, Strategy, and Technical Development to align design with business and user goals. - Mentor and support junior designers, ensuring consistent quality across projects. - Manage multiple projects, coordinate handovers, and maintain clear timelines. - Contribute ideas to the creative department’s ongoing development. **Required Skills:** - Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. - Demonstrated ability in brand identity, print, digital, and responsive web design. - Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and mobile best practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication; constructive feedback handling. - Leadership and teamwork capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; portfolio evidence of skill level is essential.
