Design and scale infrastructure to support millions of searchable messages while building AI‑driven features and multiplayer sync for team collaboration. Expectations - Join founding team and ship products rapidly. - Deliver high‑performance TypeScript/Node.js services. - Own end‑to‑end development of scalable, real‑time data pipelines. - Iterate from founding customer feedback into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement distributed backend architecture capable of handling tens of thousands of messages per hour. - Build AI‑enabled features to accelerate and personalize communication. - Develop multiplayer experiences that sync state across users and devices. - Merge fragmented user data into a unified, searchable view. - Collaborate with founders and early customers for rapid iteration and deployment. Required Skills - Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js in production. - Expertise in building high‑throughput messaging systems and real‑time data processing. - Knowledge of distributed infrastructure, scalable event handling, and message brokers. - Familiarity with multiplayer or team‑based product challenges (sync across screens). - (Bonus) Experience with Cloudflare Durable Objects, distributed systems, or AI‑powered messaging. - Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end robust web applications. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in distributed systems, cloud architecture, or advanced programming are a plus.
