Job Description

Job Title: Technology Solutions Internship Role Summary: Undergraduate intern to support Technology Solutions team through project-based assignments, focusing on cloud, security, AI, data, and project management initiatives. Gains hands‑on experience in system modification, application support, and cross‑functional collaboration. Expectations: - Deliver data‑driven insights and reports. - Complete assigned projects within set milestones and present findings to leadership. - Engage actively in all internship program activities and mentorship. - Adhere to project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and report project data. - Explore and contribute to Cloud, Security, AI, Data or Project Management initiatives. - Support project tasks, recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Prepare and present recommendations at internship conclusion. - Participate in program modules, speaker series, and community engagement projects. - Execute duties as directed by department leadership. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. - Basic technical proficiency (e.g., familiarity with cloud services, data tools, or development environments). - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and results‑driven. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Quick decision‑making to support efficient workflows. Required Education & Certifications: - Actively enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree program (preferred STEM). - Expected graduation December 2026 or later. - Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0. - No formal certifications required; relevant coursework in technology, data, or project management is advantageous.
