About the Company

L’Association L’Éveil naît en 1961, fondée par la congrégation religieuse de la Sainte Famille de Bordeaux. 3000 m² de locaux installés à Cormontreuil (51) accueillent aujourd’hui un IME, les Ateliers de L’EVEIL (ESAT) et un Accueil de Jour. Le SESSAD et le SAVS occupent des nouveaux locaux esplanade René Bride, à Reims. Depuis sa création, l’association s’est investie au quotidien afin de permettre aux personnes atteintes d’un handicap intellectuel de révéler leur potentiel et d’utiliser toutes leurs compétences. Par ses actions, et les différents projets entrepris, elle se positionne au plus près des préoccupations des personnes accueillies et de leur famille.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Educational Monitor **Role Summary:** Provide daily support, education, and skill development to persons with intellectual disabilities in an ESAT setting, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and aiding workers’ professional integration. **Expectations:** - Adhere to the association’s values and procedures. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and management. - Promote autonomy, well‑being, and professional growth of workers. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Worker accompaniment** - Daily reception and orientation of new workers. - Facilitate integration, explain procedures, and assign work stations. - Communicate absences, incidents, and updates to supervisors. - Contribute to personalized training plans and annual performance reports. 2. **Skill development** - Evaluate competencies through workplace simulations. - Identify training needs and design learning activities. - Support workers in gaining external placement opportunities. 3. **Workshop management** - Animate and lead the workshop team. - Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to meet production quotas. - Maintain quality, safety, hygiene, and ergonomic standards. - Ensure proper functioning of equipment and workspace. 4. **Administrative duties** - Draft incident reports and project summaries. - Forecast paid leave for disabled workers. - Issue delivery notes and other documentation. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Organizational and planning abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. - Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant diploma or degree in education, social work, or a related field. - Valid Class B driving licence.
