Job Description
**Job Title:** Supply Planner **Role Summary:** Responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of FMCG products to designated customers, ensuring service level targets are met through data‑driven collaboration with internal supply chain, sales, logistics, and customer teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate forecasts and service performance insights for assigned customers. - Maintain and improve key customer KPIs (service level, on‑shelf availability, waste). - Provide timely month‑end volume and revenue projections. - Communicate data findings clearly to stakeholders and support cross‑functional projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support service and forecast performance for designated customers. - Share data and analytical insights to strengthen customer collaboration. - Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth product flow. - Participate in customer service and supply‑related projects across the business. - Prepare and update month‑end projections for volume and revenue. - Monitor and report on customer KPIs such as service levels, on‑shelf availability, and waste. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical mindset with interest in supply chain/FMCG. - Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, charts). - Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to work with data, generate insights, and present to stakeholders. - Willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant supply‑chain or data‑analytics certifications are a plus.
