Head of GTM (Contract)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market engine for a high‑growth SaaS company, scaling revenue from $2 M to $100 M+ by building a fully AI‑enable, autonomous acquisition‑to‑retention workflow. Directly execute strategy, develop systems, and partner with product, sales, and leadership to drive predictable MRR growth.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a scalable revenue engine that lifts MRR from $2 M to $10 M and ultimately $100 M+.
- Create a predictable, data‑driven pipeline with AI‑driven enrichment, scoring, and outreach.
- Implement autonomous AI workflows that increase outreach efficiency tenfold.
- Expand market penetration in healthcare SaaS and drive adoption across franchise networks.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Engine Architecture** – Design inbound, outbound, partnership, lifecycle, and retention funnels; define processes, KPIs, and instrumentation.
2. **AI‑Native Campaigns** – Build multi‑agent GTM workflows (Apollo, HubSpot, AI agents); integrate LLM enrichment, segmentation, routing, and autonomous messaging.
3. **Hands‑On Execution** – Launch experiments across acquisition channels, messaging, positioning, and funnel steps; scale high‑velocity outreach.
4. **Growth Loops & Referrals** – Develop compound growth loops including referrals, franchise distribution, partner deals, and product‑led signals.
5. **Data & Forecasting** – Establish KPI cadences, dashboards, forecasting models, and MRR attribution.
6. **Cross‑Functional Leadership** – Collaborate with CEO, product, sales (≤2 reps), and engineering to align GTM strategy and execution.
7. **Market Positioning** – Position the solution as essential for home‑care agencies; plan horizontal expansion into adjacent healthcare verticals.
**Required Skills**
- Proven GTM experience in regulated SaaS (healthcare or similar).
- Track record scaling early‑stage startups to high annual recurring revenue.
- Expertise in building systems from scratch; experience with multi‑agent workflows and AI‑powered automation.
- Strong command of APIs, integrations, and AI‑driven outreach tools (Apollo, HubSpot, LLMs).
- Data‑driven mindset: funnels, attribution, dashboards, MRR forecasting.
- Leadership in cross‑functional teams; ability to drive teams to a high‑volume, data‑backed, AI‑accelerated operation.
- Excellent communication and product‑engineering collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with AI/ML product principles is a plus.
