Content Marketing Intern
**Role Summary**
Intern to create, edit, and distribute content for two in‑house brands across digital channels (website, podcast, social media, product launches). Responsible for developing a lightweight content framework, producing written, visual, and video assets, and ensuring brand consistency and performance metrics.
**Expectations**
- Within 1 month: Understand brand missions, target audiences, and deliver first multi‑channel pieces.
- Within 2 months: Build and implement a lightweight content engine; produce brand‑aligned content consistently.
- Within 3 months: Own weekly content planning, creation, and delivery; act as internal content driver and measurable contributor to online visibility.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Write and edit articles, captions, scripts, and short‑form posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, and SEO.
- Repurpose and enhance content with AI tools.
- Produce and edit short video content.
- Design visuals, carousels, thumbnails, and brand assets.
- Develop and maintain a content framework or engine.
- Maintain consistent tone and storytelling across brands.
- Track performance metrics and analyze content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and performance marketers.
- Attend on‑site shoots, events, and meetings as required.
**Required Skills**
- Fluency in at least two of: English, French, Dutch (German a plus).
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and video production fundamentals.
- Experience or ability to use AI for content workflow enhancement.
- Analytical mindset focused on content performance metrics.
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote‑friendly environment.
- Open to networking, brand representation, and on‑site travel for shoots or events.
- Positive, collaborative attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- No specific degree required; preference for candidates with a marketing, communications, or media background.
- Certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or video production are an advantage but not mandatory.
