**Job Title:** BI Manager
**Role Summary:**
Strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the Business Intelligence (BI) vision, driving data‑centric decision making, and fostering AI adoption across the organization. Manages a multidisciplinary BI team, oversees data architecture, governance, and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and implement a comprehensive BI roadmap.
- Supervise creation of dashboards, visualizations, and self‑service reporting.
- Design and deploy data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL pipelines.
- Integrate BI solutions within the broader IT infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Develop advanced analytics (predictive, prescriptive, ML/AI) to support business decisions.
- Translate cross‑functional requirements into scalable BI solutions.
- Manage resources, project timelines, and priorities using Agile/Scrum practices.
- Enforce data governance, security policies, and quality standards.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend technology enhancements.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse).
- Advanced SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing expertise.
- Programming in Python, DAX, Power Query, or R.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks and advanced analytics.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, large‑scale datasets, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and QA practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Project management experience (Agile, Scrum).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of BI/analytics experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Engineer, PMP or Scrum Master) are advantageous.
