**Job Title** Sales Assistant **Role Summary** Support account managers in delivering a seamless sales experience for interior design clients. Responsible for preparing accurate quotes, processing orders, sourcing custom products, and maintaining clear communication with clients and vendors. **Expectations** - Provide timely, accurate support to account managers in a fast‑paced, high‑end sales environment. - Uphold a professional, customer‑centric demeanor while managing multiple priorities. **Key Responsibilities** - Generate, review, and manage price quotes for design clients. - Enter, track, and update customer orders in sales/order management systems. - Source and coordinate delivery of custom furniture and accessories with vendors and suppliers. - Offer showroom assistance, sample presentation, and product knowledge when account managers are unavailable. - Communicate order status, timelines, and changes to clients consistently and transparently. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in a sales assistant or administrative role, preferably in luxury furnishings or high‑end goods. - Strong organizational ability with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in sales/order management software and Microsoft Office. - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Customer‑focused attitude with a polished, professional presentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferably with post‑secondary coursework or certification in sales, administration, or related field).
