Job Description
**Job title:** Executive Sales Representative **Role Summary:** Drive B2B sales growth for premium date products in the Greater Toronto Area. Expand retail and wholesale channels, establish and nurture high-value relationships with grocery, specialty, and independent retailers, and close profitable deals in a fast‑growing CPG environment. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets - Build a robust pipeline of opportunities from prospecting to closing - Deliver regular performance metrics to leadership **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, cold‑call, and set meetings with retail buyers and store owners - Conduct in‑person and virtual product demos, presentations, and merchandising support - Negotiate pricing, terms, and merchandising agreements to secure shelf space - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle using CRM tools, tracking pipeline stages and follow‑ups - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of retail merchandising, pricing, and sell‑through strategies - Report sales results, forecast demand, and provide market intelligence to product teams **Required Skills:** - 3+ years B2B sales experience in CPG, food distribution, or FMCG sector - Proven record of hitting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong prospecting, cold‑calling, and negotiation abilities - Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management - Proficiency with CRM platforms and structured sales processes - Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently - Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for store visits **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) - No specific certifications required, though knowledge of the dates category or Middle Eastern food products is a plus.
