Job Title: Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead the establishment and expansion of new business opportunities in the EV charging technology sector. Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating key client relationships, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver customized solutions. Expectations: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Demonstrate measurable impact on market share, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business prospects in the EV charging and energy solutions market. - Design and implement targeted sales strategies and account plans. - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders. - Achieve sales quotas and contribute to overall business growth. - Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic planning. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions. - Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM systems. - Present to senior executives, suppliers, and potential customers. - Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies. - Provide regular sales performance reports and insights.
