Job Description
Job title: Project Manager Officer (PMO) Role Summary: Provide comprehensive project planning, monitoring, and control for a pharmaceutical partner. Build and maintain macro and detailed schedules, ensure alignment between planning, budget, resources, and deliverables, and deliver periodic dashboards to senior stakeholders. Expactations: - 2+ years experience in PMO roles within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. - Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑project environments and deliver on schedule and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Construct, update, optimize project calendars (macro and detailed). - Identify critical path, dependencies, major constraints and maintain schedule integrity. - Align schedule with budget, resources and deliverables, and develop “what‑if” scenarios. - Track progress using actuals, forecasts and milestones; produce periodic dashboards (status, risks, variances, KPIs). - Prepare presentations for project and steering committees. - Proactively detect schedule deviations, recommend corrective actions, and implement mitigation plans. - Identify scheduling risks, assess impact on timelines, and propose mitigation strategies. - Design and enforce appropriate buffers and margins compliant with GMP, validation and audit requirements. - Promote proper use of planning tools across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, workflows and automation. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in PMO tools: MS Project and/or Primavera, SAP, Power BI, and Excel. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Competence in risk identification and mitigation planning. - Fluent in English (minimum B2). Required Education & Certifications: - Technical or engineering background. - PMO or project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. ---

Job Description
**Job Title:** Systems Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary:** Develop, validate, and optimize electrification systems for next‑generation buses in a retrofit and series‑production project. Lead thermal, hydraulic, and electrical subsystem sizing, translate functional analyses into internal requirements, and support on‑site testing and validation. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or complex electromechanical system development. - Proven ability to perform multiphysics analysis and manage system‑level requirements. - Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and on‑site technical support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate and size hydraulic and thermal subsystems of emerging bus architectures. - Identify operational limits and assess impact on overall system performance. - Derive internal system and subsystem requirements from external functional analyses. - Define, implement, and maintain system analysis tools and methodologies. - Conduct multiphysics simulations (thermal, fluid, electrical) using MATLAB/Simulink. - Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering tools and processes. - Provide technical support during on‑site testing and validation activities. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, and System Composer for multiphysics modeling. - Strong knowledge of thermal management, hydraulics, and embedded electronics. - Experience in system requirement engineering and validation. - Ability to create and manage analysis tools and documentation. - Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Embedded Systems, or a related field. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Systems Engineering – INCOSE) are a plus.
