Product Analyst – Health Tech (AI)
**Role Summary**
Lead product ownership, clinical study execution, and strategic business development for an AI‑driven medical scanning platform. Operate at the intersection of product direction, clinical validation, and partnership closure, replacing the founder in daily product decisions.
**Expectations**
- 1+ year experience in product management, health tech, diagnostics, or a related field.
- Direct interaction with clinicians, healthcare stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Strong data‑driven product judgment; comfortable designing and interpreting A/B or pilot studies.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early‑stage environments and manage cross‑border teams.
- No coding or AI/ML research responsibilities; focus on product strategy and clinical validation.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Product Leadership & Continuous Improvement**
- Define product direction, translate clinical feedback into detailed specifications.
- Design and run A/B or comparative studies (clinical, workflow, UI) to drive improvement.
- Prioritize roadmap and make trade‑off decisions in collaboration with engineering.
2. **Clinical Study Execution**
- Lead end‑to‑end execution: patient recruitment, protocol execution, data integrity, timelines.
- Serve as primary interface between clinicians, product, and engineering during the study.
- Ensure study outputs are clinically credible for future validation and regulatory narratives.
3. **Strategic Business Development**
- Support India‑based BD teams in closing pilots and partnerships in the Global South.
- Take ownership of US or strategic global leads, structuring pilots, pricing, and positioning.
- Align BD commitments with product capabilities and clinical realities.
4. **Team & Cross‑Border Coordination**
- Coordinate India‑based QA, product analyst, clinical advisors/doctors, BD resources, and temporary dev resources.
- Establish clear execution cadence, accountability, and feedback loops.
**Required Skills**
- Product management in health tech or diagnostics.
- Proficiency in writing product specifications, understanding data flows, APIs, and system behavior.
- Experience designing or interpreting A/B tests, comparative studies, or pilot experiments.
- Comfortable working with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders.
- Data‑driven decision making, experimentation mindset.
- Cross‑border team management, clear communication, stakeholder alignment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, biomedical engineering, business, or related field.
- Preferred product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).
