Job Description
**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Lead the definition and delivery of a new digital ecosystem for a professional society, integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Umbraco CMS, and a membership portal. Work closely with business stakeholders and the delivery supplier to translate strategic objectives into functional requirements and ensure a successful implementation. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, measurable requirements that align with the society’s business needs. - Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive quality and completeness of the solution. - Ensure project milestones are met within scope, schedule, and budget. **Key Responsibilities** - Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for CRM, CMS, and member portal. - Conduct process mapping and recommend improvements to support data‑driven, member‑focused operations. - Serve as liaison between the society’s business teams and the IT delivery supplier. - Lead UAT sessions, capture defect logs, and track resolution. - Prepare and deliver status reports, stakeholder updates, and solution demonstrations. - Ensure alignment of the new digital system with the society’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. **Required Skills** - Proven business analysis experience in CRM/CMS or digital transformation projects. - Strong process‑mapping, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms. - Experience coordinating or leading user acceptance testing. - Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical reasoning, and presentation abilities. - Highly organized, methodical, and results‑oriented. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Industry certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
