Job Title: Installation Engineer Role Summary Install and service a range of drinking water products in retail, commercial, and residential settings, ensuring high quality and safety standards while delivering excellent customer experience. Expectations - Deliver world‑class service that positively impacts customer satisfaction scores. - Meet or exceed quotation targets set by management. - Achieve a high first‑time fix rate while complying with all technical, health, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities - Plan, install, and maintain water systems and related equipment. - Read and adhere to installation plans, technical drawings, and safety regulations. - Verify installation functionality and perform quality checks. - Provide on‑site customer support, answer queries, and ensure satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records, submit reports, and update job status. - Participate in ongoing training and safety briefings. Required Skills - Proficiency using power tools and plumbing equipment. - Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Effective communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently, travel as required, and adapt to varied environments. Required Education & Certifications - City & Guilds certification in Installation Engineering or equivalent (or willingness to complete a 6‑week City & Guilds induction program). - Valid driver’s licence.
