Job Description
**Job Title** Community & Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead social community engagement and brand storytelling across multiple hospitality brands. Develop and maintain brand voice, coordinate influencer and partnership initiatives, support content creation, and collaborate cross‑functionally to amplify brand presence online and offline. **Expectations** - 2‑4 years of marketing or social media community management experience - In‑house hospitality or agency client‑focused background preferred - Strong written and verbal communication, visual storytelling sensibility - Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple concurrent projects **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day‑to‑day engagement on all social media channels, crafting responses that align with each brand’s tone of voice. - Maintain publishing calendars, support content creation, curate user‑generated content, and source assets for social media and marketing materials. - Monitor guest insights, market trends, and competitor activity; share analytical findings with the team. - Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound collaboration, media, and brand partnership requests; evaluate and coordinate partnership opportunities. - Track inquiries, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation. - Support planning and execution of marketing activities, events, activations, and in‑store experiences. - Coordinate with operations, culinary, and events teams to align community initiatives with business objectives. - Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and local tastemakers; organize hosted visits and track performance metrics. - Develop and pitch content partner and campaign ideas to internal stakeholders. - Maintain organized brand asset libraries, shared drives, and brand guidelines. - Produce weekly and monthly performance, campaign, and event reports. **Required Skills** - Proficient with social media management tools (Later, Sprout, Meta, TikTok). - Basic graphic design skills; Canva and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and brand‑consistency judgment. - Project management, organization, and time‑management abilities. - Passion for food, hospitality, and community building. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related discipline. - Digital marketing or social media certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Social Media, Google Analytics) preferred but not mandatory.
